RACQ Intranet Upgrade to the Office 365 cloud is complete, providing a new platform for business information consumption across all business areas. The final solution delivered a new Governance Centre, information asset management collections, News Centre and teams environments.

Dragon Change Workshop
Helping parties get out of themselves and into the Abstract is always interesting and exciting. Most recently, we worked with two very different Government groups to help them find their synergies and a common vision with which they can move forward in the coming years.
We are working with one of our SharePoint partners and a not-for-profit to help them tighten policy and procedure with the creation of the knowledge centre and now the upgrade of the rest of the Intranet.

We worked with one of our consulting partners and the State Government to create a new definition of 'customer' which will influence and sustain customer relationship management activities (technical and procedural) into the future.
Team Strength Highlights Innovation Potential
Education QLD recently took part in the Dragon Change Team Strength testing. The test showed the innovative and creative strength of the team and highlighted new opportunities to capture their innovation. A matrix of problem-solving team configurations was also included. EQ are using the findings to fin tune recruitment strategies and lead proactive performance review conversations with staff.
